| Abstract: | V magistrskem delu se obravnava izdelava BIM-projekta hibridne leseno-betonske konstrukcije dvostanovanjske hiše natančnosti LOD 350. Osnovni model smo razdelili na gradbeni in arhitekturni podmodel. Gradbeni podmodel vsebuje lesene in betonske konstrukcijske elemente, arhitekturni podmodel pa toplotno izolacijo, talno oblogo, fasado, notranjo opremo, okna in vrata. Preverili smo možnosti implementacije BIM-a v hibridni leseno-betonski konstrukcijski sistem z vidika obsega 3D-modeliranja, IFC-atributov in statičnih izračunov. Izvedli smo tudi transformacijo BIM-modela v BEM-model z vmesnikom EcoDesigner programa v ArchiCAD-u in primerjali rezultate toplotnih izgub treh podobnih BEM-modelov hiše. |
