Abstract:Na trajnostnem poskusu smo preučevali vpliv štirih različnih pridelovalnih sistemov (ekološki, konvencionalni, integrirani, biodinamični) in kontrole na mikrobiološko sestavo tal. Poskus je bil zastavljen na raziskovalnem polju UKC Pohorski dvor, kjer smo v rastni sezoni 2018 tla vzorčili dvakrat (julija in septembra) do globine 10 cm, v štirih ponovitvah. V talnih vzorcih smo najprej izmerili osnovne parametre kakovosti tal: reakcijo (pH) tal, vsebnost rastlinam dostopnega fosforja, kalija ter organske snovi, talno vlago in nadalje kvantitativno določili tri osnovne skupine talnih mikroorganizmov (glive, bakterije, aktinomicete). Za določanje posameznih skupin mikroorganizmov smo talne vzorce ustrezno razredčili in nanesli na predhodno pripravljena selektivna gojišča. Po inkubaciji vzorcev smo prešteli število kolonij, ki smo jih ob upoštevanju razredčitve vzorca preračunali v CFU enote (CFU/ml oz. CFU/g) in rezultate statistično obdelali. Število gliv je bilo višje v začetku rastne sezone (julij), medtem ko smo višje število aktinomicet in skupnih bakterij izmerili septembra.

Title:Production system effects on microbial soil composition
Abstract:The influence of four different crop systems (ecological, conventional, integrated, biodynamic) and control on the microbiological composition of the soil was being examined. The experiment was set up at the UKC Pohorski Dvor Research Field, where, during the 2018 growing season, we sampled the soil twice (July and September) to a depth of 10 cm in four replicates. The basic soil quality parameters were first measured in soil samples: soil reaction (pH), phosphorus, potassium and organic matter content, soil moisture and further three quantitative groups of soil microorganisms (fungi, bacteria, actinomycetes) were quantified. For the determination of individual groups of microorganisms, soil samples were appropriately diluted and applied to previously prepared selective media. After incubation of the samples, the number of colonies was counted and converted into CFU units (CFU/ml or CFU/g), and statistically processed, taking into account the dilution of the sample. The number of fungi was the highest in conventional tillage and the lowest in the control tillage. The number of actinomycetes was the highest in the organic treatment method and the lowest in control. The total bacterial count was the highest in the integrated treatment and the lowest in the biodynamic treatment. The number of fungi was higher at the beginning of the growing season (July), while the higher number of actinomycetes and total bacteria was measured in September.
