Abstract:
Namen diplomskega dela je obnoviti in izboljšati obstoječo pripravo za posnemanje kovanih klešč za snemanje žice. Priprava ni imela ustreznega naslona na podstavku. Kot posledica tega se je po končanem posnemanju na notranji strani čeljusti klešč poznala zareza. Kot vemo pa v današnjem času, poleg brezhibne funkcionalnosti, na bodočega kupca vpliva tudi zunanji videz izdelka. Zato sem v okviru diplomskega dela skušal odpraviti ta problem in na novo skonstruirati pripravo. Prednost nove priprave je v natančnosti posnemanja.

Title:
Production of broaching tool for forged wire stripping pliers at Unior company
Abstract:
The main purpose of these thesis was to renew and improve existing broaching tool for forged wire stripping pliers. As the device did not have proper backrest, it was quite often that a notch on the inside of jaws appeared after testing. As we know today in addition to impeccable functionality, the prospective customer is also affected by the appearance of the product. Therefore, as part of my thesis, I tried to solve this problem and re-construct the broaching tool. The main advantage of new designed tool is better accuracy of broaching.
