V zaključnem delu diplomske naloge izvemo še, katere so pravice posameznika v samem postopku odvzema prostosti.

Title:Deprivation of liberty as a police authorization
Abstract:In the introduction to the diploma thesis, we can gather information about what is the meaning of the personal freedom and freedom of movement, that those two are basic goods and fundamental freedoms and its legal definition to which the Constitution of the Republic of Slovenia and other international acts are bound. We will get to know some of the other rights that are related to deprivation of liberty. The Thesis provides us with a specific definition of personal freedom, the difference between primary and secondary interference with personal freedom, and a deeper insight into the primary interference with personal freedom. We get to know what deprivation of liberty means, what concepts are connected with the deprivation, what is the difference between bringing, detaining and detaining, and what constitutes unlawful deprivation of liberty. In connection with the deprivation of liberty, we define different procedures such as pre-criminal, misdemeanor and police security procedures. Through the thesis, we also learn that the Constitution of the Republic of Slovenia, laws and other legal acts protect our rights and freedoms, and at the same time, under certain laws, we give the possibility through the powers of the public authority to deprive the individual of his freedom. The thesis gets a deeper insight into the laws which are connected to the deprivation of liberty. Based on these laws, we also gain a better understanding of the distinction between primary and secondary interference with personal freedom and realize that different terminology, procedures and conditions are used for deprivation of liberty. In the final part of the thesis, we will find out which rights of the individual are in the process of deprivation of liberty.
