Title:Razumevanje socialno konotiranih moralnih vrednot pri osnovnošolskih otrocih

Abstract:Moralne vrednote so predvsem vrednote, ki temeljijo na odgovornosti in dolžnosti. Tako smo se v magistrskem delu z naslovom Razumevanje socialno konotiranih moralnih vrednot pri osnovnošolskih otrocih lotili teoretičnega in empiričnega raziskovanja. V teoretičnem delu smo se osredotočali predvsem na vrednote, moralo in moralni razvoj pri otrocih. Predstavili smo dejavnike, kot so družina, vrstniki, šola in družba, saj le-ti najpomembneje vplivajo na razvoj vrednot in morale. Dotaknili smo se različnih teorij moralnega razvoja in razvoja vrednot. Podrobno smo raziskali tudi moralne vrednote, kot so prijateljstvo, solidarnost, pravičnost in sočutje. V empiričnem delu smo se osredotočili na štiri moralne vrednote, in sicer na prijateljstvo, pravičnost, sočutje ter solidarnost. Pri otrocih, ki obiskujejo 4. in 5. razrede osnovnih šol, smo raziskovali razumevanje moralnih vrednot in pojma moralnosti, če v vsakdanjih situacijah ravnajo moralno ali nemoralno ter kdo ima največji vpliv na njihove moralne vrednote. Podatke smo pridobili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Iz rezultatov smo lahko razbrali, da iz izkušenj, ki so jih do sedaj pridobili, otroci razumejo nekatere moralne vrednote. Iz opisanih situacijah, ki so iz vsakdanjega življenja otrok, smo prepoznali, da otroci prej ravnajo moralno kot pa nemoralno. Ugotovili smo, da imata po njihovem mnenju največji vpliv na oblikovanje osebnih vrednot družina in vrstniki.

Title:Understanding of socially connoted moral values in primary school children
Abstract:Moral values are particularly values that are based on responsibility and obligation. In the Master’s thesis titled Understanding of socially connoted moral values in primary school children we thus performed a theoretical and empirical research. In the theoretical part, we mainly focused on values, morality and moral development in children. We presented factors like family, peers, school and society, since they have the most effect on the development of values and morality. We also reviewed different theories of moral development and the development of values. We also thoroughly analysed moral values like friendship, solidarity, fairness and compassion. In the empirical part, we focused on four moral values: friendship, fairness, compassion and solidarity. In children, who attend the 4th and 5th grade of primary school, we analysed the understanding of moral values and the concept of morality, if they act morally or immorally in everyday situations and who has the biggest influence on their moral values. We obtained the data with the help of a survey questionnaire. From the results it was evident that they understand some moral values on the ground of their experiences. From the described situations from the daily life of children we identified that children act more morally than immorally. We found that, according to their opinion, family and peers have the biggest impact on the formation of personal values.
