Abstract:	V delu diplomskega seminarja smo se ukvarjali z analizo davčnih blagajn, pomena sive ekonomije za vpliv na uvedbo davčnih blagajn. V študiji primera, ki smo jo pripravili v drugem delu diplomskega seminarja, pa smo se skušali podrobneje seznaniti s primerom davčne blagajne iz prakse, kjer smo preučili eno izmed slovenskih rešitev, TRONpos. Davčne blagajne so v Sloveniji postale obvezne 2.1.2016. Ker nas je zanimalo ozadje, kako je sploh prišlo do odločitve za uvedbo davčnih blagajn, smo se v diplomskem seminarju odločili raziskati področje sive ekonomije, tako po svetu ter podrobneje v Sloveniji. Davčne blagajne so le en izmed ukrepov v nizu boja proti sivi ekonomiji. S pojavom davčnih blagajn imajo mnoge države že večletne izkušnje, zato so tudi vplivi na gospodarstvo poznani. V praktičnem delu naloge smo predstavili slovensko davčno blagajno TRONpos, prikazali časovnico in način razvoja ter ključne funkcionalnosti rešitve. Ker so z davčno blagajno povezane številna vprašanja o načinu delovanja, smo predstavili tudi nudenje podpore uporabnikom davčnih blagajn na primeru TRONpos.

Title:	Analysis of fiscal cash register - the case of tronpos
Abstract:	In the theoretical part of the diploma seminar we dealt with the analysis of tax cash registers, the importance of the gray economy when the cash registers were introduced to the market. In the case study prepared in the second part of the diploma seminar, we tried to get acquainted with the example of the tax exchequer from practice, where we examined one of the Slovenian software solutions, TRONpos. Tax cash registers became mandatory in Slovenia on 2 January 2016. Since we were interested in the background of how the decision to introduce tax cash registers came about, in the diploma seminar we decided to explore the field of gray economy, both globally and in detail in Slovenia. Tax cash registers are just one of the measures in the fight against the gray economy. With the emergence of tax cash registers, many countries have many years of experience, so the effects on the economy are well known. In the practical part of the assignment, we presented the Slovenian tax cash register TRONpos, presented the timeline and method of development and key functionality of the solution. Due to the numerous issues related to the tax cash register, we have also presented support to tax cash registers in the case of TRONpos.
