Abstract:
S pojmom prenos podjetja označujemo prenos lastništva in upravljanja podjetja na naslednika. Za dolgoročno uspešnost podjetja pa je treba prenos načrtovati in v okviru družinske ustave pripraviti strateški načrt prenosa vodenja in lastništva podjetja. Cilj dela je bil opredeliti pomembnost navedenih družinskih dokumentov in predstaviti, kako naj podjetje k pripravi le-teh pristopi.

Strategic plan for the transfer of family business Moja priložnost d. o. o.
Abstract:
The term 'transfer of business' denotes the transfer of ownership and management of the business to the successor. Long-term success of the company however depends on planned transfer; a strategic plan of the transfer of management and ownership must be prepared according to family constitution. The aims of the project were to identify the importance of these family documents and present how the company should prepare these approaches.
