Diplomski seminar se nanaša na čustveno inteligenco, ter kako vpliva na izbrane stile vodenja. Poleg tega je še dodana raziskava na primeru Vzajemne zdravstvene zavarovalnice. Čustva imajo namreč velik vpliv na vodjo in samo organizacijo.
