Abstract:
Diplomsko delo je osredotočeno na uporabo industrijskega Ethernetnega standarda CC–Link za vodenje Mitsubishijevih sistemov s servo pogoni. Namen je bil vzpostaviti in preizkusiti povezave servo pogonov, krmilnikov in HMI-naprav. Za pravilno delovanje laboratorijskega sistema sem moral upoštevati lastnosti in uporabniška navodila za uporabljeno strojno opremo in izdelati uporaben program za testno delovanje, pri tem pa upoštevati pravila avtomatizacijske tehnike. Izdelan je bil testni program za vodenje servo motorja pri določeni hitrosti. Na tem programu smo izvedli tudi meritve časovnih zamikov med ukaznimi in statusnimi signali.

Title:
Servo Drives and Industrial Ethernet
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on the use of Industrial Ethernet standard CC – Link for management of Mitsubishi systems with Servo Drives. The purpose was to investigate the properties, functions and problems of using such hardware in the field of automation. For proper functioning of the laboratory system I had to consider the properties and user instructions for all the hardware and to create a usefull test program, taking into account all the rules of automation technique. Test program was created with purpose of controling a Servo Motor at constant speed. We also performed measurements of the time delays between command and status signals on this program.
