Abstract:	V diplomskem projektu smo predstavili podjetje Pomurske mlekarne d. d., ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo in predelavo mleka in mlečnih izdelkov. V teoretičnem delu smo opisali skladiščno poslovanje, njegove naloge, cilje ter namen skladiščenja, kakšne vrste skladišč poznamo glede na delitve, notranjo ureditev prostora, skladiščno opremo in embalažo, potrebno skladiščno dokumentacijo in skladiščne procese. V praktičnem delu smo predstavili podjetje Pomurske mlekarne d. d., njihovo dejavnost, s katero se ukvarja že 70 let ter organizacijo poteka dela. Bolj podrobno smo se osredotočili na njihovo skladišče, notranji transport, prevzem in proizvodnjo mleka, sledenje izdelkov od proizvodnje do skladiščenja le-teh. Opisali smo tudi izdajo materiala v proizvodnjo, skladiščenja gotovih izdelkov v hladilnicah in odpremo izdelkov, ki jih odvažajo posredniki do končnih kupcev in v druga podjetja. Glaven namen skladiščenja je oskrbovanje izdelkov in ohranitev kakovosti izdelkov vse do prodaje.

Title:	Warehouse management in company Pomurske mlekarne d. d.
Abstract:	In the diploma project we presented the company Pomurske mlekarne d. d. which is engaged in the production and processing of milk and milk products. In the theoretical part, we described the warehousing business, its tasks, goals and purpose of storage, what types of warehouses we know accoording to divisions, interior layout, storage equipment and packaging, necessary storage documentation and warehousing processes. In the practical part, we presented the company Pomurske mlekarne d. d., their activity that they have been involved in for 70 years already and how the workflow is organized. We focused in detail on their storage, internal transport, collection and production of milk, and tracking products from production to storage. We also described the release of material into production, the storage of finished products in cold stores and the shipment of products that are taken away by intermediaries to final customers and other companies. The main purpose of storage is taking care of products and thus maintain the quality of products until they are sold.
