Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena primerjava dveh različnih tehnoloških postopkov izdelave ohišja reduktorja. Primerjava je bila narejena zaradi uvedbe novega postopka obdelave v podjetju. Zaradi zasedenosti strojev CNC so se v podjetju odločili, da bodo obstoječ postopek izdelave z varjenjem posameznih komponent zamenjali s postopkom obdelave odlitka. Predstavljeni so rezultati analize obdelovalnih časov obeh postopkov in časovni prihranki ter zmanjšana zasedenost strojev ob uvedbi nove tehnologije. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen tudi sistem vpenjanja in določanja ničelne točke odlitka.

Title:
The production technology of the krpan winches 6-8 dh and time comparison between assembled and casted reduction drive housing
Abstract:
This diploma work presents the comparison between two different technological procedures for manufacturing reduction drives housing. The comparison was performed due to the new procedure being implemented in the company. Because of the high occupancy of CNC machines, it has been decided that the current technology of welding individual housing component will be replaced by machining a casted housing. The results of manufacturing time analysis are presented as well as time saving and reduction of machines occupancy at implementation of the new technology. Also, clamping system design and machining zero-point determination on the casted stock are presented.
