Abstract:	Zaradi trenda uvajanja digitalizacije in optimizacije logističnih procesov ter uvajanja novih tehnologij v podjetja, bomo v diplomskem delu predstavili RFID tehnologijo. To je tehnologija, ki omogoča podjetjem lažjo in bolj natančno sledljivost zalog, lažjo in hitrejšo identifikacijo izdelkov ter hitrejšo izmenjavo podatkov. V diplomskem delu smo opisali obstoječe stanje podjetja Odelo Slovenija, ter predstavili probleme ter rešitve, ki bi jih prinesla uvedba tehnologija RFID. Opisane probleme smo podkrepili s teoretičnim znanjem pridobljenim iz literature, od mentorja ter ostalih sodelavcev v analiziranem podjetju. Glavni cilj diplomskega dela je opisati celotno podjetje, tehnologijo RFID ter uvedbo tehnologije v RFID v podjetje Odelo Slovenija Opisali smo, na kakšen način bo delovala RFID tehnologija v podjetju ter na kaj je potrebno biti pozoren pri uvedbi RFID tehnologije.

Title:	Application of rfid technology in the company Odelo Slovenia
Abstract:	Because of the trend of introducing digitalisation and the optimisation of logistic procedures, as well as introducing new technologies into companies, this thesis will describe the RFID technology. This is a technology that enables companies to easily and accurately follow their stock, identify products quickly and easily, and exchange information fast. In the thesis, we have described the existing state of the Odelo Slovenija company, as well as introduced problems and solutions that introducing the RFID technology would entail. The described problems were underlined with theoretical knowledge acquired from literature, our mentor, and other colleagues in the analysed company. The main goal of this thesis is to describe the entire company, the RFID technology, and the introduction of the RFID technology into the Odelo Slovenija company. We have described how the RFID technology will work in the company, as well as explored details to pay attention to when introducing the RFID technology.
