Abstract:	Teoretična izhodišča: Diplomska naloga govori o promociji zdrave in odgovorne spolnosti med mladostniki. Raziskovalna metodologija in metode: Raziskava, ki sem jo opravila temelji na kvantitativni metodologiji. Inštrument empiričnega dela je bil anketni vprašalnik, ki je vseboval 13 anketnih vprašanj. Razdelila sem 100 anketnih vprašalnikov. Število 100 smo izbrali za lažjo preglednost in procentualni izračun. Vsi vrnjeni vprašalniki so bili izpolnjeni pravilno. Podatki so bili statistično obdelani v računalniškem programu Excel ter ponazorjeni z grafi v programu Word. Rezultati: K naši raziskavi je s sodelovanjem pripomoglo 100 mladostnikov starih med 15 in 19 let. Od tega je 80% anketiranih že spolno aktivnih. S temo varne in odgovorne spolnosti se največkrat prvič srečajo v šolah in doma. V šoli se je prvič seznanilo z omenjeno temo 59%, doma pa 32% anketiranih. 71%, kar je večina mladih, ki smo jih anketirali, meni, da se zaveda posledic, ki jih lahko prinaša neodgovorna spolnost. Na to kaže tudi to, da se 80% od spolno aktivnih anketirancev redno zaščiti med spolnim odnosom. Diskusija in zaključek: Večina mladih, ki smo jih anketirali je s svojim znanjem in možnostjo dostopa do informacij o varni spolnosti zadovoljna. 59% anketiranih je že prisostvovalo pri učenju in promociji zdrave in odgovorne spolnosti. To pomeni, da malo manj kot polovica anketiranih mladih še nikdar ni prisostvovala pri takšni promociji, da bi bilo nujno vključiti promocijo zdrave in odgovorne spolnosti kot obveznost v mladostnikovo življenje, pa naj bo to v šoli, sistematskem pregledu ali kje drugje, kamor najstnik zagotovo zaide. S tem bi ozaveščenje glede pomembnosti odgovorne spolnosti med mladimi še povečali.

Title:	Promoting healthy and responsible sexuality among adolescents
Abstract:	Theoretical starting point: The thesis discusses the topic about safe and responsible sexuality amongst adolescents. Research methodology and methods: The research, which I carried out, is based on the quantitative methodology. The empirical part consists of questionnaires with 13 questions. I distributed 100 questionnaires. We chose 100 questionnaires because of a greater transparency and percentage calculation. All of the brought back questionnaires were correctly completed. The data was statistically analysed with the computer program Excel and graphically illustrated in the computer program Word. Results: 100 adolescents, between 15 and 19 years, contributed through cooperation to our research and of which 80 % are already sexually active. They mostly got acquainted with the topic safe and responsible sexuality for the first time in school or at home. Analysis show that 59 % of the interviewed are informed about the topic in school and 32 % at home. 71 %, so most of the interviewed adolescent, are aware of the consequences about irresponsible sexuality. This seems to be confirmed by the fact that 80 % sexually active interviewed adolescents protect themselves during the sexual intercourse. Discussion and conclusion: Majority of the adolescents, which we interviewed, are satisfied with their knowledge and alternatives of getting information about the topic. 59 % of interviewed have attended sexual health education and promotion. Whereas this implies that less than half of the interviewed adolescents never attended any kind of hearing, that is why it would be necessary to include promotion about safe and responsible sexuality as a necessary part of their lives, be it included in the school system, medical check-up or anywhere else. The awareness of importance about responsible sexuality would hereby increase amongst adolescents.
