V drugem poglavju smo predstavili alpsko smučanje in pomen dobre telesne priprave alpskih smučarjev. V naslednjem poglavju smo opisali biološke značilnosti športnikov, starih 16–20 let in njihovo adaptacijo na trenažni proces. V četrtem delu sledi opis motoričnih sposobnosti in primeri treningov. Na koncu diplomske naloge sledi opis in primeri testiranj telesne priprave.

Title:Macrocycle of Physical Preparations of Alpine Skiers Aged 16–20 Years
Abstract:My diploma thesis was related to the field of physical preparations of alpine skiers, namely to macrocycle of physical preparations of skiers aged from 16 to 20 years. I focused on research and professional literature that has been conducted and written on the subject in the past. The diploma thesis project consists of 6 sections. First is the introduction, where I described the aim, objectives of the diploma project, and briefly outlined the topic. In the second chapter I presented alpine skiing and the importance of good physical preparation of alpine skiers. In the next chapter, I described biological characteristics of athletes aged 16-20 years and their adaptation to the training process. The fourth section describes motor skills and training examples. Then, by cyclization and dividing the macrocycle into 5 mesocycles, I covered the entire motor skills training process, and divided them into each period and described each period individually. I also drawn parallels with skiing, to which physical preparation trainings are adapted. Final part of the diploma thesis includes a description and examples of physical preparation tests.
