Abstract:	Do konfliktov lahko v današnjem hitrem ritmu življenja zaradi stresa ali drugih dejavnikov pride hitro, saj so tudi potrebe vsakega posameznika lahko zelo različne. Med procesom komuniciranja lahko pride do nesporazuma ali nestrinjanja in konflikt, ki je nastal, moramo tudi uspešno rešiti. Restitucija je učinkovit način reševanja konfliktov, ki ga veliko posameznikov še ne pozna. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge predstavljamo različna razmišljanja avtorjev o komunikaciji, frustracijah, konfliktu, slednjega tudi podrobneje spoznamo, spoznamo pa tudi možnosti reševanja konflikta. V tem delu tudi bolje predstavimo pojem restitucija, njene oblike in lastnosti in kako jo lahko dosežemo. Empiričen del vsebuje rezultate naše raziskave, v kateri je sodelovalo 100 vzgojiteljev in pomočnikov vzgojitelja. V naši raziskavi nas je zanimalo, kaj za anketirance pomeni konflikt, kako se nanj odzivajo, kako dobro poznajo restitucijo in kako so v izvajanju slednje suvereni in kakšne so razlike glede na starost in na delovno mesto anketirancev. Podatke smo zbirali s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, pridobljene podatke pa smo obdelali s pomočjo statističnega programa SPSS. Pridobljeni podatki nam kažejo, da veliko vzgojiteljev in pomočnikov vzgojitelja pozna restitucijo, ki jo nekateri uporabljajo v konfliktnih situacijah na delovnem mestu s sodelavci. Čeprav strokovni delavci restitucijo poznajo, nam rezultati kažejo, da večina strokovnih delavcev čuti, da bi svoje znanje o restituciji lahko dopolnili.

Title:	Restitution as a manner of solving conflicts
Abstract:	Conflicts can emerge quickly in today’s fast pace of life because of the stress and other factors, as the needs of every individual can be very different. In the process of communicating, there can be a misunderstanding or disagreement. We have to resolve the conflict which emerged. Restitution is an efficient method of solving conflicts which a lot of individuals are still not familiar with. In the theoretical part of the bachelor’s thesis, we present different beliefs of authors about communication, frustrations, and conflict. We become familiar with the latter in more detail. We also become familiar with the possibilities of solving the conflict. In this part, we can also present restitution, its forms, and characteristics better, as well as how to achieve it. The empirical part includes the results of our research where 100 preschool teachers and assistant preschool teachers participated. In our research, we were interested in what means the conflict for the participants of the survey, how they respond on it, how well they are familiar with restitution and how sovereign they are in its performance, and what are the differences with regards to the age and the working position of the participants of the survey. We collected the data by means of the survey questionnaire. We processed the gained data by means of the SPSS statistical program. The gained data shows us that a lot of preschool teachers and assistant preschool teachers know restitution which some of them use in conflicting situations in their working position with their coworkers. Although the professional workers know restitution, the results show that most of the professional workers feel that they could supplement their knowledge on restitution.
