Abstract:	V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo na kratko predstavili uvoz vozil v Republiko Slovenijo iz drugih držav članic Evropske unije, predvsem iz Nemčije. Osredotočili smo se na postopke uvoza, logistične poti in potrebne dajatve. Predstavili smo celoten potek uvoza vozil in primerjali postopke uvoza med fizično in pravno osebo. Osredotočili smo se tudi na jamstvo za vozilo, ki nam zagotavlja nični oziroma manjši strošek v primeru okvare vozila. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil preučiti vse predpostavke, ki so temelj uvoza vozil, in določiti razlike pri uvozu kot fizična in kot pravna oseba. Primerjamo tudi časovno in stroškovno razliko, predvsem pa se osredotočimo na jamstvo, ki ga dobimo ob nakupu vozila. Na osnovi obstoječega stanja uvoza vozil smo v drugem delu diplomskega dela podali naš predlog rešitve, da bi imeli kupci vozil v primeru nakupa večjo podporo. Ugotovili smo, da se nakup vozila opravi pri pravnih osebah – trgovcih z motornimi vozili, predvsem, ker imajo več znanja pri uvozu vozil in smo kot kupec bolj zaščiteni, tudi z vidika zakonodaje v primeru napak na vozilu. Uvoz vozil kot pravna oseba predstavlja tudi večji vir dohodka v državni blagajni.

Title:	Import of vehicles to the republic of slovenia
Abstract:	We dedicated the first part of the thesis to the short introduction of the vehicle imports from other countries of the European Union to Slovenia, with biggest focus on the imports from Germany. We’ve focused on the import procedure, logistic pathways and necessary duties. We have introduced the complete process of the vehicles import and compared import procedure for a person and an entity. We’ve also focused on the vehicle warranty that guarantees zero or lower cost in the case of the vehicle malfunction. Goal of our thesis was to study assumptions that are basis for the vehicles import, and to define the difference between the imports done by a person and an entity. We also compared timeframe and costs, with biggest focus on the warranty that is issued with the vehicle purchase. In the second part of the thesis we proposed our suggestion for the better support of the customer; the proposal is based on the basis of the existing state of the vehicles imports. We came to the conclusion that the vehicle purchase is done at the entity – motor vehicle dealer, mostly because they have better knowledge about the vehicle import and the protection of the customer, also from the legal standpoint in the case of the vehicle malfunction. Vehicles import by the entity also presents a bigger income for the treasury.
