Title:	Izboljšava integracije tms in erp sistemov v podjetju kemijske tehnologije

Abstract:	Magistrsko delo proučuje področje izboljšave integracije distribucijskih sistemov na primeru izbranega podjetja. V uvodnem delu bomo podrobneje opisali teoretične vidike vpletenih procesov oziroma postopkov, ki bodo v nadaljevanju izhodišče za predloge pri nadgradnji. Sledi kritična analiza obstoječega stanja izbrane družbe Silkem, d. o. o., pri kateri smo se osredotočili na podroben opis distribucijskih sistemov. Prikazali bomo trenuten način izvajanja procesov, ki smo jih predvideli za obnovo, opisali proces prenove ter implementacijo in analizo izboljšav. Navedeni so vzroki za prenovo, ki smo jih zapisali s pomočjo diagrama ribje kosti. Kot odziv nanje smo navedli predloge za izboljšavo, pri katerih smo upoštevali tudi možnost njihove implementacije. V nadaljevanju sledi podroben opis prenove, kjer smo se osredotočili predvsem na boljšo integracijo informacijskih sistemov in podali predloge za nadaljnje izboljšave. Rezultate prenove smo analizirali s pomočjo SWOT-analize. V zaključku predlagamo možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja.

Title:	Improvement of integration tms and erp systems in a company of chemical industry
Abstract:	The master's thesis examines the field of improving the integration of distribution systems in the case of the selected company. In the introductory part, we will enlarge the theoretical aspects of the processes and procedures involved, which will later be the starting point of the suggestions for upgrades. Further on, follows a critical analysis of the existing situation in the selected company Silkem d.o.o., which focuses on a detailed description of the distribution systems. We will show the current way of performing the processes, that we envisaged for renovation, describe the process of upgrading and implementation and do the analysis of improvements. Additionally, we listed the reasons for the renovation in a form of a fish bone diagram. In response, we have provided suggestions for improvement and considered the possibility of their implementation. Furthermore, a detailed description of the made improvement is included, focusing primarily on better integration of information systems with provided suggestions for further elevations. The results of the renovation were analysed using SWOT analysis. Finally, we propose alternatives for further development.
