Abstract:V tej diplomski nalogi bomo govorili o organizaciji proizvodnje, predvsem o tem, kako jo je možno izboljšati.

Title:Organization of small-batch production using lean manufacturing methods
Abstract:In this thesis I will talk about the organization of production, especially how it can be improved. I will talk about different methods and techniques that we can use to help. We must know that these are only guidelines that we can follow and not specific rules that will apply to all similar types of production. The goal is to maximize production productivity with as little input as possible. I will try to achieve this in different ways, for example by different work layout, different material delivery, better documentation for production. I will present how each change was introduced, what impact it had, and whether it made sense to introduce it. I will be limited in determining the exact results, because changes have been introduced over time, and conditions, staffing levels and the like have changed in the meantime. The type of production also has an impact, since it is not a serial production in which we can accurately determine the execution times of different works. To determine the most accurate results, I will use different methods such as observation, comparison, and analysis.
Keywords:lean methodology, value stream mapping, material flow
