| Abstract: | Etični konflikt predstavlja resen poklicni problem. Medicinske sestre so čedalje bolj obremenjene na svojem delovnem mestu, še posebej v intenzivnih enotah, kjer je delo z življenjsko ogroženimi pacienti še toliko bolj težavno in pojavnost etičnih konfliktov toliko večja. |
