Abstract:Brezposelnost prav zagotovo predstavlja velik del težav v gospodarstvu. Predvsem v pomurski regiji je brezposelnost dober pokazatelj težav, s katerimi se soočajo prebivalci. Poleg tega, da ostanejo brez zaposlitve, jih prizadenejo še druge težave, ki jih posledično prinaša brezposelnost. Brezposelni se tako poleg finančnih težav soočajo še s stresom, ki pa lahko resno ogrozi njihovo zdravje, če ga ne prepoznamo dovolj zgodaj. Zato je zelo pomembno, da smo seznanjeni s posledicami, ki jih prinaša čezmerni stres na naše zdravje in tudi posledično na osebe, s katerimi živimo. Stres ni nujno samo negativen, obstaja tudi dober stres, vendar smo bolj pozorni na negativnega, saj se lahko hitro nadaljuje v kronični stres. V nalogi smo bili pozorni na simptome stresa, ki se pojavijo, ter na posledice, ki jih pustijo.

Title:Symptoms of stress in unemployment in the pomurje region
Abstract:Unemployment certainly represent a large part of the issues in the economy. Especially in the Pomurje region, unemployment is a good indicator of the issues that the inhabitants of the Pomurje region are facing. In addition to being unemployed, they are followed by other problems that are consequently caused by the unemployment. Therefore, unemployed are, in addition to financial difficulties, facing with stress, which can seriously undermine their health, if it is not recognized early enough. It is therefore very important that we are aware of the consequences of excessive stress on our health and, consequently, on the people we live with. Stress is not necessarily just negative, there exists a good stress, but we generally pay more attention to the negative stress as it can quickly become chronic. In this work we also paid attention to the symptoms of stress that occur and what consequences they leave.
