Title:Turizem in prostitucija : diplomsko delo visokošolskega študijskega programa Informacijska varnost

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo podrobno predstavili in opredelili pojem prostitucija in z njo rast »seks turizma« v Sloveniji in v nekaterih izbranih državah, kjer je ta dejavnost močno razširjena in povsem običajna. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili pomen prostitucije skozi zgodovino, določili vzroke, oblike in posledice. Poudarili smo predvsem družbene in kulturne kontekste, ki spremljajo prostitucijo. Pri tem nismo izključili ekonomskih okoliščin in socialnih neenakosti. Zanimalo nas je, kakšen odraz pravzaprav ima prostitucija v sodobnosti, saj s pomočjo interneta ter napredne tehnologije, ki je ljudem iz dneva v dan vse bolj dostopna, omogoča rast spletne prostitucije. Raziskali smo, katere destinacije najbolj slovijo po »seks turizmu«, kdo so ponudniki in kaj ponujajo v zameno za denar ter kdo so obiskovalci in kakšne potrebe imajo. Trenutno je spolna industrija med najbolj dobičkonosnimi panogami na svetu, zato smo pisali tudi o vseh oblikah kriminala, ki jo spremlja. Treba je bilo omeniti žrtve, ki so ujete v kriminalno mrežo in s tem izpostavljene raznim težavam in boleznim. Razširjenost prostitucije smo poskušali čim bolj raziskati tudi v Sloveniji, saj je v zadnjih nekaj letih opaziti porast prostitucije. Ugotavljali smo, iz katerih držav prihajajo dekleta, kje nudijo spolne storitve in ali je s tem povezano zvodništvo. Pisali smo tudi o zakonski ureditvi prostitucije v Sloveniji in v nekaterih izbranih državah. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ki smo ga objavili na družbenem omrežju Facebook, smo pridobili podatke, kakšen pogled imajo anketiranci na prostitucijo in v kolikšni meri se je sami ali njihovi znanci poslužujejo. Nekaj vprašanj smo namenili mnenju o pravni ureditvi prostitucije v Sloveniji, legalizaciji. Namen našega diplomskega dela je bil, da bralcem predstavimo odraz prostitucije v okviru hitro rastoče seksualne industrije v turizmu, ki vse bolj cveti na mednarodnih trgih. V zadnjih nekaj letih je »seks turizem« postal trend sodobne družbe. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da prostitucija ni tabu tema ter da je vprašanje legalizacije prostitucije v Sloveniji še vedno neenotno opredeljeno. Iz tega lahko povzamemo, da pri ljudeh vlada polemika glede prostitucije, saj imamo ljudje različne poglede nanjo. Glede na število anketirancev je odstotek pri poznavanju oseb, ki se poslužujejo plačljivih spolnih uslug, relativno visok.

Title:Tourism and prostitution
Abstract:In the diploma paper we have presented and defined in detail the concept of prostitution and with it the growth of sex tourism in Slovenia and in some selected countries, where this activity is widespread and quite common. In the theoretical part, we have presented the importance of prostitution throughout history, defining causes, forms and consequences. We particularly emphasized the social and cultural contexts that accompany prostitution. However, we did not exclude economic circumstances and social inequalities. We were curious about the impact that prostitution actually has in modern times, because with the help of the internet and advanced technology, which is becoming more and more accessible to people every day, it enables the growth of online prostitution. We explored which destinations are best known for sex tourism, who are the providers and what they offer in exchange for money, who are the visitors and what their needs are. Currently, the sex industry is one of the most profitable industries in the world, so we also wrote about all the forms of crime that accompany it. It was necessary to mention the victims who are trapped in the criminal network and thus exposed to various problems and illnesses. We have also tried to investigate the prevalence of prostitution in Slovenia as much as possible, since the last few years have seen an increase in prostitution. We found out which countries the girls came from, where they offered sexual services, and whether it was pimping. We also wrote about the legal regulation of prostitution in Slovenia and in some selected countries. Through a questionnaire, published on the social network Facebook, we obtained information about the respondents' views on prostitution and the extent to which they or their acquaintances use it. Some questions were addressed to the opinion on the legal regulation of prostitution in Slovenia, the question within the fast - growing sex industry in tourism, which is increasingly flourishing in international markets. In the last few years, sex tourism has become a trend in modern society of legalization. The purpose of our diploma thesis was to present to readers the reflection of prostitution. In the survey we obtained through the survey we can say that prostitution is not a taboo topic and that the question of the legalization of prostitution in Slovenia is still not uniformly defined. From this it can be summarized that there is a controversy over humanity in prostitution, since people have different views on prostitution. According to the number of respondents, the percentage of knowledge of persons using sexually explicit services is relatively high.
