Ob upoštevanju vložka v učinkovit sistem upravljanja kvalitete in varnosti krme, postopka registracije, pridobitve dovoljenj za odprtje, smo želeli raziskati finančno smiselnost v investicijo.

Title:Assessment of Project Investment and Establishment of a Compound Feed Manufacturing Plant
Abstract:The purpose of the research was to evaluate the investment for starting a concept compound feed processing plant ŽIPO Lenart and to estimate the payback period of invested capital on basis of the analysis input parameters. Considering the input in effective feed quality and safety management system, the registration process and the acquisition of permits for opening, we wanted to explore the financial feasibility of investing. The investment analysis was performed using the Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) based on the dynamic investment assessment method. For the purpose of analysis we evaluated the investment in the compound feed processing at ŽIPO Lenart plant, using their recipes and production methods for a compound feed A (for calves up to 120 kg) and compound feed B (for calves from 120 - 250 kg). The results showed that the economy of processing would not be justified in view of the given feed price (380,00 and 340,00 €/t). The investment is financially justified in case of an increase in the sale price of both feed mixtures by an average of 11.14 % and after 15 years it will be repaid at 5 % interest rate (NPV = 42.506 €). We concluded that the investment in this case still allows a 5.418 % interest rate to recover over a 15-year time period.
