Abstract:Izvleček V nalogi smo preizkušali učinkovitost različnih kemičnih skupin bakrovih pripravkov v primerjavi z novimi organo-bakrovimi gnojili in ekološkimi pripravki.

Title:DEVELOPMENT OF NEW FORMULATIONS OF COPPER BASED FUNGICIDES FOR CONTROL OF POME FRUIT DISEASES
Abstract:Abstract In this thesis, we tested the efficiency of different chemical groups of copper preparations in comparison with the new organic-copper fertilizers and organic preparations. We monitored different parameters: phytotoxicity of test plants, biological effectiveness of the preparations on bacteria (Erwinia amylovora) and other important pathogenic fungi, and measured the copper content in fruits after harvest. The experiment also included new formulations of copper fertilizers with low Cu2+ ions content, which proved to be more efficient and at the same time more ecologically friendly than the existing copper fungicides due to the possibility of systematic action. The use of copper fertilizers could significantly reduce the entry rate of copper into the environment and extend its use in plant protection. Copper preparations have proven to be the most effective agents for chemical control of fire blight in experiments due to the achieved level of efficiency of up to 50% in bacterial suppression (Erwinia amylovora), their low cost and moderate level of phytotoxicity. The annual intake (3.000 g Cu2+ ions / ha) got us significantly lower copper values in apples compared to pears, from which we can conclude that pears probably have a different skin and epidermis composition than the apples in the experiment. The MRL value (5 mg/kg) was exceeded with almost all preparations.
