Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo se podrobneje lotili poslovnih procesov. Vse od opredelitve, do osnovnih korakov, oziroma osnovnih sestavin, ki jih mora imeti vsak uspešen poslovni proces. Opisali smo življenjski krog poslovnega procesa in delovanje omenjenih procesov. Izpostavili smo prednosti in slabosti rešitve in predlagali morebitne izboljšave.

Title:Business potential/aspects of the use of buyitc's workflow management gadget
Abstract:In the master's thesis we dealt with business processes in more detail. From defining, basic steps to all the basic elements that every successful business process must have. We have described the real circle of business process in the mentioned processes. He then addressed various types of business processes, briefly referred to as BPM (Business Process Management). Look, they are also solutions, tools that have limited the previous business in the business process market and exposed its major weaknesses. After more detailed presentations of BPM, we have started our introduction into / or advance business system. We looked at how we were able to successfully bring in a specific business, how it happened successfully. We also outlined the concrete differences between BPM in BPR (Business Process Transformation), which also highlighted performance in weaknesses. Having a good knowledge of all BPMS (English Business Process System), we have shown some more trends towards development. In this thesis, based on previous theories, we have undertaken a BPMS analysis of BuyITC's workflow design solutions. We highlighted the disadvantages of the solutions, and suggested even greater challenges.
