Abstract:Zavzetost in pripadnost zaposlenih sta ključ za dolgoročno uspešnost organizacije.

Title:Impact of employees enthusiasm and commitment on organisational success
Abstract:Engagement and commitment of employees are a key ingridient for a long-term sucess of an organisation. Those who are commited and loyal will with their energy, enthusiasem, will and motivation achieve higher productivity which means the profits will be increased. Organisations must understand this point and endavour for increase of such characteristics as that can be their advantage in competition on the market. That is the reason why are we in the diploma project researching impact of employees engagement and commitment on organisational success. With the research of engagement and commitment we firstly in theoretical part defined named constructs and connect them with factors that are directly connected and have positive effect on organisation success. We are also presenting two most common questionaries Gallup and UWES for measurement of employees engagement. In the project we are capturing, in connection with commitment levels of it and a model of three components. Mainly we presented positive effects of engaged and commited employees for organisations. In the emperical part of the reasearch we analysed with the help of random questionairy, level of engagement and commitment of employees in the selected organisation and connect it with sucess of the organisation, where we found that organisation is successful, even with disengaged and uncommitted employees, but the question is for how long.
