Title:Model development for organization of retail networks
Abstract:Retailing is one of the key industries in the market, as it ensures uninterrupted access of end customers to products and services, and at the same time is one of the most important employers in many countries. We were interested in the existing model of organizing the retail network of the selected company operating in the market of consumer electronics, computer games, toys and similar, and our goal was to present the theory of this area and optimize the model of organizing the retail network of this company. The research revealed that the biggest shortcomings of the existing organization of the retail network are poor advertising, employee indifference, poor knowledge of employees in the technical field and in the field of physical stores. We proposed activities to optimize these areas, which included working with a good advertising agency, expanding advertising with a focus on target groups and more attractive advertising. In the area of employee non-engagement, we proposed non-monetary remuneration of employees based on success analyses, building team spirit and a sense of belonging to the company, and regular training. We also made some suggestions for optimizing existing physical stores.
