Abstract:	Vstopili smo v digitalno dobo, v kateri nove nastajajoče digitalne tehnologije, kot so internet stvari, masovni podatki, strojno učenje, napredna analitika, veriženje blokov, podatkovno obveščanje, umetna inteligenca itd. spreminjajo svet in vplivajo na vsa področja človeškega delovanja. Predvsem pereče učinke imajo v poslovnem svetu, na katerega smo se v magistrskem delu podrobneje osredotočili. Spreminjajo se pričakovanja strank, izdelki postajajo okrepljeni s podatki, nastajajo nova partnerstva, operacijski modeli pa se preoblikujejo v nove digitalne modele. Vse to prisili podjetja v digitalno transformacijo, ki jo opredeljujemo kot uporabo tehnologij za vplivanje na tri organizacijske razsežnosti. Zunanje, s poudarkom na digitalni izboljšavi uporabniških izkušenj in spreminjanju celotnega življenjskega cikla, notranje, ki vplivajo na poslovanje, odločanje ter organizacijske strukture, in celostno, ki zadeva vse poslovne segmente in funkcije, ki pogosto vodijo do novih poslovnih modelov. S tem podjetja vstopajo v obdobje »pametnih« procesov, kjer podatke in inteligenco postavljajo v jedro svoje prihodnosti, gradijo nove sposobnosti, veščine, tehnologije in razvijajo novo kulturo. Zaradi tega bo naslednje obdobje določeno s tako imenovanimi pametnimi podjetji, ki s pomočjo pametnih poslovnih aplikacij uporabljajo podatke in inteligenco za zajemanje novih poslovnih priložnosti, omogočajo boljše sprejemanje odločitev na vseh organizacijskih ravneh in razbijajo silose med tradicionalnimi tehnologijami. Na trgu obstaja veliko različnih ponudnikov informacijskih rešitev, ki pomagajo podjetju izvesti uspešno digitalno transformacijo. V magistrskem delu smo se osredotočili na najprodornejšega ponudnika na tem področju – na podjetje SAP in podrobno predstavili najnovejšo rešitev SAP Leonardo. Gre za kombinacijo najnovejših tehnologij in storitev, ki pomagajo obvladovati digitalno transformacijo, in sicer internet stvari, strojno učenje, masovni podatki, poslovna analitika, veriženje blokov in podatkovno obveščanje. Integrirani v celovito rešitev SAP Leonardo, s pristopom inovativnega dizajnerskega razmišljanja, pa skupaj predstavljajo zmagovalno kombinacijo na poti uspešne digitalne transformacije in preoblikovanja v pametno podjetje. Za konec smo predstavili še študije primera, s katerimi smo združili teorijo in prakso v zaokroženo celoto in prikazali resnično vrednost rešitve SAP Leonardo v nenehno spreminjajočem in tekmovalnem poslovnem okolju digitalne dobe. Z magistrskim delom smo tako izpostavili vladajočo resnico – digitalna doba nagrajuje spremembe in kaznuje zastoj. Kako uspešno bodo podjetja preoblikovala svoje jedro, bo razlika med zmagovalci in poraženci digitalne dobe.

Title:	Digital Transformation of Enterprise with the use of SAP Leonardo Solution
Abstract:	We have entered a digital era in which new emerging digital technologies, such as the Internet of Things, Big Data, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Blockchain, Data Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence etc. change the world and affect all areas of human activity. They have particularly strong effects in the business world, which we have focused on in more detail in our master's thesis. Customer expectations are changing, products are becoming more data-driven, new partnerships are emerging, and operating models are being transformed into new digital models. All this force companies into a digital transformation, which we define as the use of technologies to influence three organizational dimensions. External, with a focus on digitally improving the user experience and changing the entire life cycle, internal, affecting business, decision-making and organizational structures, and integrated, covering all business segments and functions, often leading to new business models. With this, companies are entering a period of "intelligent" processes, where they place data and intelligence at the core of their future, build new abilities, skills, technologies and develop a new culture. As a result, the next period will be determined by so-called intelligent companies, which use data and intelligence to capture new business opportunities with the help of intelligent business applications, enable better decision-making at all organizational levels and break silos between traditional technologies. There are many different providers of information solutions on the market to help a company perform a successful digital transformation. In our master's thesis, we focused on the most penetrating provider in this field - SAP and presented in detail the latest SAP Leonardo solution. It is a combination of the latest technologies and services that help a company manage digital transformation, namely the Internet of Things, Machine Learning, Big Data, Business Analytics, Blockchain and Data Intelligence. Integrated into the complete SAP Leonardo solution, with an approach to innovative design thinking, they together represent a winning combination on the path to successful digital transformation and transformation into an intelligent company. We concluded our master's thesis by presenting case studies that combined theory and practice into a complete whole and demonstrated the true value of the SAP Leonardo solution in the ever-changing and competitive business environment of the digital era. With our master's thesis, we have thus exposed the prevailing truth - the digital era rewards change and punishes stagnation. How successfully companies will reshape their core will be the difference between winners and losers of the digital era.
