Abstract:	Biološko-dinamično kmetovanje je vrsta ekološkega kmetovanja, ki pa se v mnogih pogledih razlikuje od le-tega. V diplomskem delu opredelimo značilne ključne razlike med konvencionalnim in ekološkim kmetovanjem ter biološko-dinamičnim in ekološkim kmetovanjem. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in empirični del. Teoretični del naloge je osnova našega raziskovanja, kjer smo predstavili ključne razlike med različnimi metodami kmetovanja. Spoznali smo ekološke certifikate, ekološke blagovne znamke ter postopek certificiranja ekoloških in biološko-dinamičnih kmetij ter proizvodov le-teh. Podrobneje smo spoznali tudi postopek uvajanja biološko-dinamičnega kmetovanja na kmetijah v Sloveniji ter certifikat Demeter. V empiričnem delu naloge smo opravili analizo najbolj pogostih prodajnih mest z živili ter poiskali živila z ekološkimi certifikati ter s certifikatom Demeter. Opravili smo SWOT analizo, katere podlaga je bil intervju z Biodinamičnim društvom Ajda. S kratko anketo smo potrdili splošno ozaveščenost potrošnikov o poznavanju ekoloških certifikatov ter o ekoloških blagovnih znamkah. Ker se v nalogi osredotočamo na biodinamične kmetovalce ter ekološko biodinamično znamko Demeter, nas je zanimala njihova tekoča problematika, zato smo obiskali Biodinamično društvo Ajda Vrzdenec ter jim zastavili nekaj vprašanj. Prav tako smo se pogovarjali o možnih rešitvah problematike. Pri izvedbi analiz je bila uporabljena tehnika opazovanja prodajnih mest, kratka anketa, razgovor in intervju z Društvom biološko-dinamičnega kmetovanja Ajda, prav tako pa smo se udeležili njihovega predavanja o biodinamiki. Po opravljeni analizi smo na podlagi rezultatov pripravili tudi nekaj predlogov kot možne rešitve.

Title:	The introduction of biodynamic farming on farms in Slovenia and a Demeter certification
Abstract:	Organic dynamic farming is a type of organic farming that differs from it in many ways. In the diploma work we define the characteristic key differences between conventional and organic farming and how biodynamic farming differs from organic farming. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is the basis of our research, where we presented the key differences between different farming methods. We learned about organic certificates, organic brands and the certification process of organic and biologically dynamic farms and their products. We also learned in more detail about the process of introducing biologically dynamic farming on farms in Slovenia and the Demeter certificate. In the empirical part of the thesis, we performed an analysis of the most common food outlets and looked for foods with organic certificates and the Demeter certificate. We performed a SWOT analysis based on an interview with the Ajda Biodynamic Society. A short survey confirmed the general awareness of consumers about the knowledge of organic certificates and about organic brands. Since the paper focuses on biodynamic farmers and the organic biodynamic brand Demeter, we were interested in their current issues, so we visited the Biodynamic Society Ajda Vrzdenec and asked them some questions and talked about possible solutions. The analysis used a point-of-sale observation technique, a short survey and an interview with the Ajda Biologically Dynamic Farming Association, and we attended their lecture on biodynamics. After the analysis, based on the results, we also prepared some proposals as possible solutions to current problems for biodynamic farmers as well as for better public recognition of organic certificates and organic brands.
