Title:Popolna energetska sanacija stanovanjske hiše, zgrajene leta 1986

Abstract:V diplomi bomo predstavili stavbo, ki jo obravnavano kot enostanovanjsko hišo, ki se nahaja naslovu Hotemež 22 v občini Radeče. Zgrajena je bila leta 1986. Objekt je obravnavan kot enostanovanjska stavba z dvema etažama in garažo, kar se obravnava kot ena cona saj neogrevan del hiše ne predstavlja več kot 20% celotne površine. Hišo obravnavamo kot srednje do težko gradnjo. Za bivanje je urejen samo del ene etaže. V diplomskem delu bomo obravnavano stavbo opisali ter kakšno stavbno pohištvo, streho in toplotno izolacijo ima. Na podlagi teh ugotovitev pa bomo opisali ukrepe, ki bi jih priporočili pri obnovi te stavbe. Na koncu pa bomo predstavili še finančni strošek obnove. Vse materiale, ki se bodo uporabili za obnovo te hiše pa bom izbrala na podlagi dveh dokumentov in sicer Tehnične smernice in pa iz Pravilnika o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah (PURES).

Title:Complete energy sanation of a residentialhouse build in 1986
Abstract:In the diploma we will present the building, which is considered as a single-family house, located at Hotemež 22 in the municipality of Radeče. It was built in 1986. The building is considered as a single-family building with two floors and a garage, which is considered as one zone as the unheated part of the house does not represent more than 20% of the total area. We treat the house as a medium to heavy construction. Only a part of one floor is arranged for living. In the diploma work, we will describe the building in question and what kind of building furniture, roof and thermal insulation it has. Based on these findings, however, we will describe the measures we would recommend when renovating this building. Finally, we will present the financial cost of the renovation. All materials that will be used for the renovation of this house will be selected on the basis of two documents, namely the Technical Guidelines and the Rules on the efficient use of energy in buildings (PURES).
