| Abstract: | V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno gojenje Pleurotus ostreatus na različnih odpadnih substratih iz kmetijstva z namenom pridobitve visoko aktivnih encimov. Gojišča so bila zasnovana iz rastnega medija, pšeničnih otrobov ter izbranih substratov (slama, trava, bučke,kumare, breskev, marelica, hruška ter paprika). Po osmih dneh inkubacije smo s postopkom ekstrakcije pridobili ekstrakte encimov, ki smo jim določili koncentracijo (vsebnost) proteinov, aktivnost ter specifično aktivnost izbranih encimov celulaze, lakaze ter α- amilaze. Zanimal nas je razrast glive v posameznih vzorcih ter prirast/izguba biomase po osmih dneh gojenja. |
