Spadajo v skupino modificiranih kontejnerjev.

Title:Development of nuclear container atom with inner lead shilding
Abstract:Containerisation is transport system based on the transport of goods with steel multimodal containers. It represents the global method of transport at the lowest cost. Multimodal transport can be defined as the movement of goods by container as the main transport unit, which allows the transport of a large quantity of cargo at the same time, protects the goods inside and is suitable for all possible traffic routes. This assembly also includes containers for the transport of radioactive waste, called nuclear containers. They belong to a group of modified containers. In order to protect the environment and humans from radioactive content, they must seal well and prevent radioactive radiation into the surrounding area. The sealing is provided by a special EPDM rubber and decontamination coatings are required over the surfaces of the container to prevent radiation. Nuclear containers must have a sufficiently rigid structure and cargo attachments to prevent permanent deformation of the container surfaces and movement of the contents. In order to ensure this, a series of analyses must be carried out to confirm that the container is safe and can be used in different modes of transport. The assigment presents containerization in general, all necessary data for the development of nuclear containers, which are designed and manufactured by Container d.o.o. and static analysis of container with lead shielding against radioactive radiation.
