Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je opisan projekt sanacije delovne mize za plamensko rezanje. Problem je nastal, ker je miza stara in temperaturno deformirana, hkrati pa se imel nekaj pogojev, ki sem se jih moral držati in paziti, da investicija ne bi bila predraga. Okvirno so podani tudi stroški te investicije. V nadaljevanju bo potrebno narediti zaščito za žlindro, da bo odpadek zbran na enem mestu. V nalogi bom opisal opremo, stroje in postopke, ki bodo potrebni za izdelavo nove mize, problematiko in na kaj vse sem moral biti pozoren pri konstruiranju. Opisano je tudi vzdrževanje delovne mize, in sicer z namenom, da bi svojo funkcijo opravljala daljše obdobje in da bi se čim lažje zamenjala rebra, na katerih je osnovni material. Rešiti bom moral tudi problematiko, kako ohraniti življenjsko dobo podlage. Cilj diplomske naloge je narediti konstrukcijo delovne mize, ki mora biti enostavna in poceni, narediti je potrebno model in dokumentacijo ter simulacije.

Title:Conception and designing construction table for flame cutting
Abstract:The diploma thesis describes the project of replacing work table for flame cutting. The problem was because the table is old in temperature deformed. I had some conditions that I had to abide by. The costs of this investment are also given in general terms, and I had to make sure that it was not too expensive. Slag protection will need to be done to keep everything in one pile. I will describe equipment, machine and procedures which will be needed to make a new table, the problem of what all I had to pay attention to when designing. The maintenance of the work table is also described, in order for its function to be used for a longer period so that the ribs can be replaced, on which there will be base material. I will solve the problem of how to preserve damage of the ground. The aim of the diploma thesis is to make the construction of a work table, make it as simple as possible, cheap, make model, documentation, and simulation.
