Abstract:	Družinsko podjetje je posebna oblika podjetja, v katerem se prepletata družina in podjetje. Potrebno je poiskati pravo ravnovesje med delom v podjetju in družinskim življenjem za uspešno družinskega podjetja in družine. V delu diplomskega projekta bomo pobližje spoznali družinsko podjetje. Usmerili se bomo na definicijo družinskega podjetja, primerjali bomo razlike med družinskim podjetjem in nedružinskim podjetjem, bolje bomo spoznali udeležence družinskih podjetij, opredelili bomo tudi, kaj so vrednote in kultura družinskih podjetij ter kaj pomenijo družinska podjetja za gospodarstvo in družbo. Nato bomo ugotavljali, kaj so največje prednosti družinskih podjetij in kaj največje slabosti družinskih podjetij. To bomo raziskovali v teoretičnem delu diplomskega projekta. Nadaljevali bomo s praktičnim delom diplomskega projekta, kjer bomo poskušali od zgoraj naštetih teorij poiskati tiste, ki so najbolj značilne za naše preučevano družinsko podjetje Svečarstvo Damijan Holetić, s. p. Pojasnili bomo, zakaj je podjetje Svečarstvo Damijan Holetić, s. p. družinsko podjetje, kdo so njegovi udeleženci, katere vrednote jih krasijo, kaj podjetje doprinese h gospodarstvu in družbi ter kakšne so prednosti in slabosti družinskega podjetja. Delo diplomskega projekta bomo zaključili s priporočili za prakso, ki bodo izhajala iz teoretičnih spoznanj in spoznanj, pridobljenih na podlagi raziskovanja preučevanega družinskega podjetja.

Title:	Strenghts and weaknesses of family business svečarstvo damijan holetić, s. p.
Abstract:	Family business is a special type of business due to the fact that family and business intertwine. A balance between family life and work life has to be established in order to achieve success in family life and business life. In this diploma project we will familiarize ourselves with a family business. We will focus on the definition of a family business, compare the differences between a family business and a non-family business, get to know the participants in family businesses in detail, define the meanings of values and culture in a family business and establish the meaning of family businesses for the economy and society. We will then establish the biggest advantages and disadvantages, which will be researched in more detail in the theoretical part of this diploma project. We will continue with the practical part where we will try to find the theories that the family business Svečarstvo Damijan Holetić, s. p. can identify with the most. We will also explain why the above mentioned company is identified as a family business, what its values are, what the company contributes to the economy and society and what its advantages and disadvantages are. We will conclude this diploma project with recommendations for practice, which will stem from theoretical findings and findings acquired through the research of the studied family business.
