Title:Analiza metodologije projekta svetlobne dekoracije

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi se bomo osredotočili na obvladovanje projekta skozi njegov življenjski cikel. S pomočjo podjetja Mk Illumination in projektom »Čudolandija« bomo prikazali primerjavo teoretičnih osnov obvladovanje projekta skozi njegov življenjski cikel in izvedbe tega na praktičnem primeru. Predstavili in definirali bomo projekt, njegove značilnosti, cilje in namen, opisali procese življenjskega cikla projekta in preučili obvladovanje projekta skozi njegov življenjski cikel iz vidika teoretičnih osnov. Predstavili bomo podjetje Mk Illumination, njihovo dejavnost, način delovanja, opisali njihove storitve in široko paleto izdelkov, ki so jo uporabili pri projektu Čudolandija v pogledu posnetka obstoječega stanja. Predvsem pa se bomo osredotočili na primerjavo teoretičnega vidika izvedbe projekta s praktičnim vidikom, kjer bomo primerjali oziroma prikazali izvedbo projekta Čudolandija po korakih, kot jo navaja skoraj v celoti tudi teorija. Predstavili bomo življenjski cikel projekta in pomembne dokumente, ki nastanejo v fazah le-tega in jih primerjali s projektom Čudolandija.

Title:Analysis of metodology used for project of light decoration
Abstract:Diploma focused on the project management through its life-cycle. By the help of Mk Illumination company and the project called »Čudolandija« the comparison between theory of project management through its life-cycle and performance on the case will be shown. The project itself, its features, goals and purpose, description of the project life-cycle will be introduced and defined and project management through its life-cycle through theory will be studied. The company Mk Illumination, its activities, way of work will be introduced, service and the variety of products used in the project »Čudolandija« described in its scan view of existing state. The main part is the comparison between theory of project management and practical view, in which the execution of the project »Čudolandija« is shown step by step, also cited almost entirely in the theory. The project life-cycle and the important documents, developed through the whole process will be compared with the project »Čudolandija«.
