Rezultati meritev in simulacije so pokazali dobro ujemanje.

Title:Heat loads of miniature relays
Abstract:Knowing the behaviour of products during their operation, can drasticaly facilitate the design process and lower the price of development and production. Due to complexity of products and different materials used, it is difficult to tell exsactly some parameters. Since we can not test all products or tests might be expensive and wastefull, we use computer simulations as pretest for prototype products. Goal of this thesis is to compare two types of relays, TRK22 (old) and TRK22R (new), and make simulation, that will describe heating of relay during operation good. With this work we aim to speed up the research and development process and make testing and production cheaper. We did mesurements and simulations on three relays. One served as reference point and test subject for simulation, other two tested relays were later compared between eachother. Results of mesurements ans simulations show good matching. Temperatures reached in new relay were much lower than in old type. Our predictions were good, therefore we can continue with development and after all production.
