Pripovedovanje s prstnimi lutkami smo vnesli v otrokov vsakdan in s tem spodbudili prednostno nalogo jezika. Cilji diplomskega dela so: otroke popeljati v magični svet lutk; seznaniti jih s prstnimi lutkami; s pomočjo otrok urediti lutkovni kotiček; ustvariti potujoče gledališče; skozi vodene dejavnosti popeljati otroke do izdelave prstnih lutk; ustvariti zabavno, prijetno in sproščeno vzdušje v skupini; uporabiti lutko kot motivacijsko sredstvo pri pripovedovanju zgodb; uporabiti lutko pri prednostni nalogi – razvoju jezika; seznaniti otroke s poezijo s pomočjo lutke; izboljšati otrokovo verbalno in neverbalno komunikacijo. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela, na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni lutka, vloga vzgojitelja v lutkovnem procesu, vrste lutk, delitev lutk, najprimernejši materiali za izdelavo lutk in scenografije, prstno gledališče, oder v rokah in pripovedovanje z lutko.

Title:Storytelling with finger puppets
Abstract:The purpose of my diploma paper "Storytelling with finger puppets"was created on my own initiative for the greatest integration of puppets in thegroup of children in a kindergarten. The purpose of the diploma paper wasto test how we use storytelling with finger puppets in a kindergarten and thus effect on child's cognitive and verbal development. We introduced storytelling with finger puppets into child's everyday life and with this encouraged the priority task of language. The goals of the diploma paper are: to take children into the magic world of puppets; to familiarize them with finger puppets; to arrange a puppet corner with the help of children; to create an amusing, pleasant and relaxed atmosphere in the group; to use a puppet as a motivational tool in storytelling; to use the puppet for the priority task –language development; to familiarize children with poetry with the help of a puppet; to improve child's verbal and non-verbal communication. The diploma paper is divided into two parts _ theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part presents the puppet, the role of the educator in the puppet process, the types of puppets, the division of puppets, the most appropriate materials for making puppets and scenography, a finger theatre, a stage in hands and storytelling with a puppet. With the help of practical work in the department, we reached that childrenguide the finger puppetcorrectly, they emphatize with a certain character and they tell the story spontaneously with the help of a puppet.Puppets thus became a part of everyday life and they encouraged children not only in puppet-dramatic expression, but also in linguistic development.
