Title:Optimizacija in reorganizacija proizvodnega procesa izdelave pokrova "geberada"

Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava problem, zaznan v proizvodnji: to so kapacitete proizvodnih procesov ob predvidenih povečanih naročilih kupca. Pri analiziranju problema so bila ugotovljena ozka grla v proizvodnih procesih. Ta grla smo zaznali, obravnavali ter preučili možnost odprave. Prav tako smo naleteli na toge proizvodne procese z majhnimi kapacitetami produkcije. Po narejenih analizah ter dogovoru s kupcem smo izvedli popolno spremembo proizvodnih procesov. Pogoj za to je bila izdelava dveh novih sodobnih orodij, nadgradnja strojev, dokup manjkajočih naprav, priprav ter transportnih sredstev. Po uspešno uvedenih spremembah ter testnem obratovanju smo vse motnje odpravili. Delovni procesi so fleksibilni, za delo potrebujemo manj delavcev. Z uvedenimi spremembami smo pocenili izdelavo izdelka. Pridobljene izkušnje ter znanje bomo uporabili pri novih projektih, ki jih pričakujemo tudi v prihodnje.

Title:Optimisation and reorganisation production process manufacturing of cover "geberrad"
Abstract:This thesis deals with a problem occurring in the production; more specifically, with the issue of lacking capacities in production processes at envisaged peak times of increased customers’ orders. When analysing the problem, certain bottlenecks in production processes have been established. We first pointed out such bottlenecks, dealt with them and then studied the possibilities of their elimination. What was also noticeable were rigid production processes with small production capacities. Following the analyses made and in agreement with the buyer, a complete overhaul of production processes was carried out. This was conditional upon the manufacture of two new cutting-edge tools, upgrade of machines, as well as the purchase of missing machines, devices and means of transport. After successfully introduced changes and test operation, all faults were eliminated. Work processes are now flexible, and less workforce is required for the work to be done. By introducing the said changes, the manufacture of the product actually became less costly. The gained experience and expertise will gladly be applied to new projects that are expected to come in the future.
