Abstract:	Namen diplomskega dela je bil analizirati model igre NK Maribor v 1. Analizirali smo 4 tekme.

Title:	Game System and Model of the Football Club NK Maribor in the First Slovenian Football League
Abstract:	The purpose of the diploma thesis was to analyze the game model of the football club NK Maribor in the First Slovenian Football League in 4 matches (2 home and 2 away matches) and compare it with the game model of opposing teams. The aim of the diploma thesis was to determine the characteristics of the game of NK Maribor and its opponents in the transition from defense to attack, and in the preparation and completion of the attack. I was interested in how the game of NK Maribor differs from other teams. I analyzed four matches. In the diploma thesis, I first briefly presented football in general. Then I focused on the topic. I started with the football game system and model in general, what the game system is, and what the game model is. After all, in football or in the football game the model and game system in a way represent its basics. In the thesis, I also focused on motor skills, whether they are important in football and what they are. Afterwards, I also described the most important motor skills. I also demonstrated the methodical process of learning or the appropriate practical exercises for different game models according to the types of players in the attack. Exercises are shown for medium/high attackers and in the case of fast wingers. I believe that the wrong (inappropriate) game system and model are often used, which consequently results in a lousy game, i.e., poor results. I also compared the NK Maribor game model with other high-profile European clubs, such as AC Milan and FC Barcelona.
