Abstract:Za ohranitev konkurenčnosti podjetja je potreben nenehen razvoj novih izdelkov in optimizacija stroškov izdelave izdelkov. Predstavljena so možna izboljšanja funkcijskega preizkušanja in delno uporabljena v Laboratoriju zanesljivosti.

Title:Functional testing of washing machines to ensure reliability on market
Abstract:In order to maintain the company's competitiveness, it is necessary to constantly develop new products and optimize product production costs. This introduces changes into the development and production processes, as well as the products themselves, which bring risk to the quality of products and their reliability on the market. In the case of washing machines, reliability is one of the key expectations of customers. The diploma work deals with the reliability of washing machines on the market and functional testing of washing machines in the phase of development, production and control after production. Possible improvements in functional testing are presented and partially used in the Reliability Laboratory. The results of the functional testing in the Reliability Laboratory are compared with the data from servicing washing machines on the market. By comparing the data, it is found that it makes sense to extend the testing time and thus increase the possibility of detecting failures. Failures identified during testing have different weights and will affect users differently in the market. To better evaluate the failures detected during testing, a matrix for determining the severity of an individual failure is presented, which significantly improves further decisions.
