Abstract:Uvod: Kardiopulmonalno oživljanje zahteva brezhibno sodelovanje med člani reanimacijskega tima in njihovim vodjo.

Title:Analysis of the satisfaction of reanimation team members with their teamwork and leadership during cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Abstract:Introduction: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) requires full cooperation between members of a resuscitation team and their leader. The quality of resuscitation depends on effective coordination of the resuscitation team, which can be improved by efficient guidance. In this master's thesis, we tried to determine how much members of resuscitation teams are satisfied with teamwork and guidance during CPR in emergency centres across Slovenia. Methods: In the master's thesis, we employed the quantitative work method. The research instrument selected was a survey, in which participated 188 respondents. Our hypotheses were statistically processed using the IBM SPSS V25.0. Results: Even though team members are mostly satisfied with their team leader, the surveyed expressed the desire to undergo additional training in the field of CPR guidance. Team members also want to have “a team conversation” after a finished resuscitation, as this only happens in 50% of resuscitation cases. We determined that, depending on the type of team leader’s specialty, there are statistically significant differences in members' ratings related to how the resuscitation team functions (p
