Title:Trgovinska menjava in tuje neposredne investicije med evropsko unijo in združenimi državami amerike

Abstract:V diplomskem delu bomo obravnavali ekonomske odnose med Evropsko unijo in Združenimi državami Ameriki. Osredotočili se bomo predvsem na mednarodno trgovino in tuje neposredne naložbe med njima. V uvodnih poglavjih bomo namenili pozornost podrobnejšemu opisu mednarodne trgovine in tujih neposrednih investicij. Kakšno vlogo imajo na svetovno ekonomijo v svetu in kako so se tokovi le teh skozi leta spreminjali. Osredotočili se bomo tudi na osnovne gospodarske dejavnike Evropske unije, uvoza in izvoza storitev in blaga ter tujih neposrednih naložb, ki jih Evropska unija uvaža, izvaža in vlaga v države po svetu. Prav tako bomo podrobneje opisali gospodarske dejavnike Združenih držav Ameriki in njihovo mednarodno trgovanje z različnimi državami sveta. V petem poglavju bomo namenili pozornost trgovinskemu sodelovanju med Evropska unija in Združene države Amerike. Poglavje bomo razčlenili na dva dela. V prvem delu bomo raziskali strukturo trgovinskega sodelovanja po vrsti blaga, v drugem delu pa bomo raziskali strukturo mednarodne trgovine glede na vrsto storitev. Šesto poglavje se bo osredotočalo na medsebojno sodelovanje Evropske unije in Združenih držav Amerike na področju tujih neposrednih investicij. Tudi to poglavje bomo razdelili na dva dela in sicer na raziskavo izhodnih tujih neposrednih investicij, ki jih EU vlagajo v ZDA in na vhodnih tujih neposrednih investicij, ki jih ZDA vlagajo v EU. Zadnje sedmo poglavje je namenjeno raziskavi o vrstah priložnosti in nevarnosti, ki se obetajo Združenim državam Amerike in Evropski uniji, v kolikor bosta le ti dolgoročno še sodelovali v medsebojni mednarodni trgovini in na področju tujih neposrednih investicij.

Title:Trade exchange and foreign direct investment between european union and united states of america
Abstract:In this thesis, we will look at the economic relations between the European Union and the United States of America. We will focus on international trade and foreign direct investment between them. In the introductory chapters, we will focus on a more detailed description of international trade and foreign direct investment. What role do they play in the global economy and how have their flows changed over the years. We will also focus on the basic economic drivers of the European Union, imports and exports of services and goods, and foreign direct investment (FDI) that the EU imports, exports and invests in countries around the world. We will also describe in more detail the economic factors of the United States of America and its international trade with different countries of the world. In Chapter 5, we will focus on trade cooperation between the European Union and the United States of America. This chapter will be divided into two parts. In the first part, we will examine the structure of trade cooperation by type of goods, and in the second part we will examine the structure of international trade by type of services. Chapter 6 will focus on the cooperation between the European Union and the United States in the field of foreign direct investment. This chapter will also be divided into two parts, namely an investigation of outward FDI by the EU into the US and inward FDI by the US into the EU. The seventh and final chapter explores the types of opportunities and threats that lie ahead for the United States and the European Union if they continue to engage in international trade and FDI with each other in the long term.
