Abstract:	Načrtovanje kariere je pomembno za vsakega posameznika, saj ima kariera velik vpliv na poklicno in posledično tudi na zasebno življenje. Zavedati se moramo svojih kompetenc, vrednot in sposobnosti, da so naši cilji realni. Pri načrtovanju nam lahko pomagajo tudi različni svetovalci, agencije, zavodi, ki nas usmerijo k boljšemu dojemanju samega sebe, v kateri smeri se bomo bolj znašli in imeli večje možnosti za napredovanje. Zavedanje študentov o pomembnosti kariere je slabo, kar je razvidno iz podatkov, ki smo jih pridobili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. V diplomski nalogi nas je zanimalo, ali študentje na Fakulteti za organizacijske vede Univerze v Mariboru načrtujejo svojo kariero in pripravijo karierni načrt. Zanimalo nas je tudi, kateri dejavniki vplivajo na kariero študentov in katere platforme uporabljajo pri načrtovanju. Ugotovili smo, da si študentje v veliki meri vsaj delno načrtujejo kariero in da imajo nekateri zastavljen načrt oziroma cilj, kako doseči želeno. Na študente najbolj vplivajo osebne ambicije in življenjski slog, pri načrtovanju pa je najpogostejša platforma formalno izobraževanje.

Title:	Career planing among students on Faculty of Organizational Scienes
Abstract:	Career planning is important for every individual, as a career has a great impact on professional and on private live. It is necessary to be aware of our competences, values and ability to make our goals realistic. Various consultants, agencies, institutions can also help us plan, which direct us towards a greater perception of ourselves and in which direction we will be more likely to move forward. Students are aware of the importance of careers, as evidenced by the data obtained through the survey questionnaire. In the thesis we were interested in whether students at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Maribor planned their careers and career plan. We also wanted to know what factors affect students' careers, which are their platforms that they use in their planning. We found that students are largely planning their careers at least in part, and that some have a plan or goal of achieving what they want. Students are influenced by the most personal ambitions and lifestyles, and formal education is the most common platform in planning.
