Uporabili smo predhodno sterilizirane in vitro poganjke sliv. Pripravili smo 4 različna gojišča. Gojišče G0 je bilo kontrolno gojišče (brez doda-nih rastnih hormonov), gojišče G1 z dodatkom 0,01 mg/l NAA in 1,00 mg/l meta-topolina, gojišče G2 z dodatkom 0,01 mg/l NAA in 0,50 mg/l BAP in gojišče G3, ki smo mu dodali 0,01 mg/l NAA in 1,00 mg/l BAP. Pri 5-odstotni stopnji tveganja ni bilo ugotovljenih statistično značilnih razlik glede vpliva koncentracije dodanih citokininov na prirast mase sliv in število poganjkov pri po-sameznem gojišču. Pojav vitrifikacije ni bil prisoten pri nobenem obravnavanju.

Title:The Influence of Added Cytokinins (meta-Topolin and BAP) on Plum (Prunus domestica L.) Growth and Shoot Formation in Micropropagation
Abstract:In 2020, an experiment was prepared at the Faculty of Agriculture and Life Sciences of the University of Maribor, in which the effect of added cytokinins (meta-Topolin and BAP) and their concentrations on the growth, shoot formation and presence of vitrification on plums in tissue culture was determined. Presterilized in vitro plum shoots were used. Four different media were prepared. The G0 medium was a con-trol medium (without added growth hormones), the G1 medium with the addition of 0.01 mg/l NAA and 1.00 mg/l meta-Topolin (mT), the G2 medium with the addi-tion of 0.01 mg/l NAA and 0.50 mg/l BAP and the G3 medium to which we added 0.01 mg/l NAA and 1.00 mg/l BAP. The results indicate that the added cytokinins had a positive effect on tissue mass gain and on number of new shoots developed. The largest mean of plant tissue weight gain was in the G2 medium (1.54 g) and the smallest in the controlled medium G0 (0.13 g). The largest average number of shoots was in the G2 medium (5.37). At a 5% risk rate, no statistically significant differences had been found in the effect of the concentration of added cytokinins on plant tis-sue weight gain and number of shoots in each medium. The vitrification was not observed in any treatment.
