S ciklično voltametrijo smo preverjali reverzibilnost in difuzijsko kontrolo WE v raztopini K3[Fe(CN)6]. S tehniko angl. square-wave anodno striping voltametrijo (SWASV) smo določevali mejo zaznavnosti, mejo določljivosti, linearna koncentracijska območja, točnost, natančnost in občutljivost metod. S pomočjo razširjenega delnega dvonivojskega eksperimentalnega načrta smo načrtovali in izvedli osem eksperimentov. Z njegovo pomočjo smo ugotavljali, ali imajo različni faktorji zasnove SWASV-metode (potencial nalaganja, čas nalaganja, potencialni korak, amplituda, frekvenca in masna koncentracija Sb(III) ionov) signifikanten vpliv na validacijske parametre metode.

Title:The use of the experimental design for determining the effect of parameters on analytical properties of antimony electrode
Abstract:For the purposes of this master thesis, eight in-situ glassy carbon electrodes with antimony coating (Sb-FGCE) were partially validated for simultaneously determining Zn(II), Cd(II) and Pb(II) ion in trails. The three-electrode system was used. Sb-FGCE was used as a working electrode (WE), Ag/AgCl was used as a reference electrode and a platinum wire was used as a counter electrode. Reversibility and diffusion control of WE in K3[Fe(CN)6] solution was examined with cyclic voltammetry. With square-wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV), limit of detection, linear concentration range, accuracy, precision and sensitivity of the methods were determined. Eight experiments were designed and carried out with the use of the expanded two-level Experimental design, with which we determined whether different factors of the SWASV method (deposition potential, deposition time, potential step, amplitude, frequency and mass concentration of Sb(III) ions) have a significant influence on validation parameters.
