Abstract:	Nasilje v družini je tema, ob kateri je zelo težko ostati čustveno neprizadet. Je vedenje, v katerem en družinski član omaja telesno integriteto in duševno zdravje drugega družinskega člana. Resnica je, da nasilje katerega koli tipa (psihološko, fizično, spolno) obstaja. In ravno to je nasprotno od uveljavljenega stališča, da je redko in se pojavlja v določenih kategorijah družbe. Nasilje ne izbira sloja ljudi, niti ni odvisno od stopnje izobrazbe in finančnega položaja. Vsepovsod je prisotno. Nasilje v družini prestajajo tako otroci kot odrasli. Poleg tega se ob tej problematiki spleta še kopica najrazličnejših »mitov« o obsegu takega nasilja, naravi storilcev, osebnostnih potezah žrtve, vzročni vlogi alkohola ter nezdružljivosti nasilja in ljubezni. Takšne predstave v javnosti krepijo prepričanje, da gre za pojav, ki prizadeva le najbolj problematične družine in patološke posameznike. Običajne, namreč normalne družinske oblike se s tem rešijo kritične presoje in podrobnejše ocene. Normalnost mora ostati dobra, zdrava, nevprašljiva in nespremenjena. V diplomskem delu smo predvsem opisali pojavne oblike nasilja in njegove osnovne značilnosti. Osredotočili smo se na pregled literature in analizirali nasilje pred in med »lockdownom« ter ugotovili, kako se je procentualno povečalo družinsko nasilje med covidom 19 in da so ukrepi, sprejeti ob pandemiji, povzročili bistveno več težav na področju nasilja. Pri tem vidimo eno od rešitev, da bi bili organi, ki jim je v pristojnosti zaščita žrtev, dobro usposobljeni in pripravljeni za krizo, ki smo ji trenutno navzoči, in se jim pokaže, da imajo podporo tudi v teh razmerah. Druga rešitev pa so strožje kazni za povzročitelje, pa tudi sodelovanje med ljudmi, saj so žrtve velikokrat zaprte z nasilnežem brez možnosti umika.

Title:	Domestic violence before and during lockdown
Abstract:	Domestic violence is a topic that makes it very difficult to remain emotionally unaffected. It is a behavior in which one family member undermines the physical integrity and mental health of another family member. The truth is that violence of any type (psychological, physical, sexual) exists. And this is exactly the opposite of the established view that it is rare and occurs in certain categories of society. Violence is not a choice of people, nor does it depend on their level of education and financial situation. It is present everywhere. Domestic violence is experienced by both children and adults. In addition, a number of various "myths" about the extent of such violence, the nature of the perpetrators, the victim's personality traits, the causal role of alcohol, and the incompatibility of violence and love are intertwined with this issue. Such perceptions in the public reinforce the belief that it is a phenomenon that affects only the most problematic families and pathological individuals. Normal, namely normal family forms are thus solved by critical judgments and more detailed assessments. Normalcy must remain good, healthy, unquestionable and unchanged. In the diploma work we mainly described the manifestations of violence and its basic characteristics. We focused on a review of the literature and analyzed violence before and during the “lockdown” and found how the percentage of domestic violence during covid 19 increased and that the measures taken during the pandemic caused significantly more problems in the field of violence. In doing so, we see one of the solutions to ensure that the authorities responsible for the protection of victims are well trained and prepared for the crisis we are currently witnessing, and that they are shown to have support in this situation as well. Another solution is stricter penalties for the perpetrators, as well as cooperation between people, as victims are often imprisoned by a bully without the possibility of withdrawal.
