Abstract:	V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen postopek snovanja tehnoloških smernic za avtomatizacijo montažne linije za izdelavo kavnih mlinov. Z avtomatizacijo linije pripomoremo k zmanjšanju napak ter zagotovimo večjo produktivnost in ponovljivost. S pomočjo metod kot sta LoA in ABC analiza pridobimo sliko trenutnega stanja linije in vpogled v zmožnost avtomatizacije linije. Iz predhodnih tehnoloških smernic pridobimo zahteve za posamezni sestavni del in tako podamo tehnološke smernice zunanjim izvajalcem, ki glede na naše zahteve in rezultate posodobijo linijo. V diplomski nalogi sem podal oceno možnosti avtomatizacije proizvodnje izdelka in tehnološke smernice za popolno ali delno avtomatizacijo montažne linije. S posodobitvijo linije bomo povečali produktivnost, natančnost in zmanjšali število delovnih mest.

Title:	Technological guidelines for improving the assembly line of a coffee grinder
Abstract:	The diploma thesis presents the process of designing technological guidelines for the automation of the assembly line for the manufacture of coffee grinders. By automating the line, we help reduce errors and ensure greater productivity and repeatability. Using methods such as LoA and ABC analysis, we gain a picture of the current state of the line and an insight into the ability to automate the line. From the previous technological guidelines, we obtain the requirements for an individual component and thus provide technological guidelines to external contractors, who update the line according to our requirements and results. In my diploma thesis I gave an assessment of the possibility of automation of product production and technological guidelines for full or partial automation of the assembly line. By updating the line, we will increase productivity, accuracy and reduce the number of jobs.
