Abstract:	V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena pot od nastanka eksplozije do ustreznih Ex zaščit za preprečevanje nastanka eksplozije. Eksplozijsko ogroženi prostori zahtevajo uporabo elaborata eksplozijske ogroženosti, ki je bil napisan tudi za linijo barv in preko katerega je v diplomski nalogi izvedena primerjava izbrane in zahtevane Ex opreme. V nalogi je izveden tudi izračun kratkega stika iz nizkonapetostne strani, s pomočjo katerega je potem izvedeno nadaljnje dimenzioniranje in izbira naprav za porabnike. Izveden je tudi izračun za lastno varnost Ex i po standardu SIST EN 60079-11. Title:	Selection of Ex electrical equipment for industrial plants in accordance with the explosion hazard study
Abstract:	The thesis presents the path from the forming of an explosion to the appropriate Ex protection to prevent the explosion. Explosion hazardous areas require the use of an explosion hazard study, so it is also written for the colour line, through which a comparison of selected and required Ex equipment is performed in the thesis. The thesis presents the path from the forming of an explosion to the appropriate Ex protection to prevent the explosion. Explosion hazardous areas require the use of an explosion hazard study, which was also written for the colour line, and through which a comparison of selected and required Ex equipment is performed in the thesis. The thesis also includes the calculation of a short circuit from the low voltage side, with the help of which further designing of appliances and selection of devices is performed. Performed is also a calculation for intrinsic safety Ex i, according to the standard SIST EN 60079-11.
