Abstract:	Onesnaževanje okolja je vedno večji problem današnje družbe in pomembnosti varovanja okolja bi se morali bolj zavedati. Na pereče trenutno stanje obremenjevanja okolja so bile sprejete svetovne politike in različni ukrepi za zajezitev ter izboljšanje stanja. Velik del k doprinosu za izboljšanje okolja pa pade na podjetja, ki proizvajajo različne produkte in s potrebnimi tehnologijami za delovanje okolje obremenjujejo na različne načine. Vedno večje je zavedanje, da z uvedbo okoljevarstvenih standardov in z njihovim doslednim ravnanjem in upoštevanjem močno znižajo obremenitve okolja, obenem pa tudi izboljšajo poslovni izid, na katerega vplivajo z racionalnejšo porabo potrebnih energentov ter resursov. Skupina Kolektor se tega zaveda že vrsto let in z vpeljavo okoljevarstvenega standarda ISO 14001 je še okrepila konkurenčnost, sodelovanje ter zaupanje pri svojih kupcih. Prepoznali so dejavnike, ki vplivajo na okolje, in na podlagi teh so določili ter zastavili cilje, ki jih spremljajo, po potrebi spreminjajo ter nadgrajujejo. V diplomski nalogi so opisani postopki obvladovanja sistema SIST EN ISO 14001 v podjetju. Velik poudarek v nalogi pa smo namenili vlogi, namenu in ciljem notranjih presoj. Ti so lahko zelo učinkovito in uspešno sredstvo za izboljšanje sistema, če so pravilno zastavljeni, natančni, razumljivi in časovno točno zastavljeni.

Title:	Managing of aspects of envinoronmental management in accordance with the stadard sist en iso 14001
Abstract:	Environmental pollution is a growing problem of current society and we should be more aware of the importance of protecting the environment. On the current state of environmental pollution there were accepted several world policies and various measures to contain and improve the situation. A large part of awareness in the field of environment falls on companies that produce different products and they have different technologies, which burden the environment in different ways. There is growing awareness for the introduction of environmental standards and only consistent action and compliance would significantly reduce the burden and negative impact on environment. Furthermore, companies also improve they balance sheet and increase profit by the rational use of energy and recovery. The Kolektor Group has been aware of this for many years, and with the introduction of the ISO 14001 standard, it has further strengthened its competitiveness, cooperation and trust with its customers. Key factors, which are affecting the environment, have been recognized and based on them it was determined and set, which of them will be monitored and, if necessary, changed and upgraded. The diploma describes the procedures for managing the SIST EN ISO 14001 system in the company. Great emphasis is on the role, purpose and goal of internal audits. This can help to improve the system very effectively and efficiently if it is set up correctly, accurately, understandably and accurately in time.
