Abstract:	V vsakem podjetju, tako majhnem kot velikem, je treba narediti popis materiala v tekočem letu. Še toliko bolj pomemben dejavnik pa je popis materiala v avtomobilski industriji, saj s tem preprečimo marsikatero nevšečnost, tudi samo zaustavitev proizvodnje. Pravočasno lahko odpravimo anomalije, ki smo jih zaznali ob popisu (manko materiala, višek materiala, neustrezna embalaža, neustrezna količina po embalaži, neustrezna lokacija uskladiščenega materiala). V diplomskem delu bomo pisali o popisu materiala v tovarni Revoz, d.d., opisali bomo različne vrste popisa materiala. Na koncu pa bomo novo napisana navodila uporabili kot rešitev problema. Na začetku bomo podali teoretične osnove, s katerimi bomo prikazali delovanje dela oddelka logistike, t. j. popisovanje materiala, ter povezave s skladiščem. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela bomo s pomočjo na novo napisanih navodil za popisovanje materiala skušali izboljšati trenutno stanje. Navedli bomo različne vrste popisa materiala in na kratko poudarili, na kaj vse popis materiala vpliva. Izdelali bomo štiri navodila in štiri procesne karte, dve navodili in dve procesni karti za obstoječe stanje ter dve navodili in dve procesni karti za predlog za rešitev problema ž. Opisali bomo kritično analizo, kjer bomo izpostavili in opisali različne dejavnike, ki lahko vplivajo na samo izvedbo popisa materiala. Na koncu bomo opisali, kako in na kakšen način se rešitev lahko začne izvajati ter tudi, kakšne so možne rešitve za vnaprej (glede na sredstva, ki so na voljo).

Title:	Implementation of the material inventory process in the battery assembly plant
Abstract:	In every company, both small and large, an inventory of the material for the current year must be made. An even more important factor is the inventory of materials in the automotive industry, as this prevents many inconveniences, even just stopping production. We can eliminate the anomalies detected during the inventory in a timely manner (lack of material, excess material, inadequate packaging, inadequate quantity after packaging, inadequate location of stored material). In the diploma work we will write about the inventory of materials in the factory Revoz, d.d., we will describe different types of inventory of materials. Finally, we will use the newly written instructions as a solution to the problem. At the beginning we will give the theoretical basis to show the operation of the work of the logistics department - inventory of material, and connections to the warehouse. In the practical part of the diploma work, we will try to improve the current situation with the help of newly written instructions for inventorying the material. We will list the different types of material inventory and briefly highlight what all material inventory affects. We will produce four instructions and four process maps, two instructions and two process maps for the existing situation, and two instructions and two process maps for the proposal for solving the problem ž. We will describe a critical analysis where we will highlight and describe various factors that may affect the conduct of the material inventory itself. Finally, we will describe how and in what way the solution can be implemented, as well as what are the possible solutions in advance (depending on the resources available).
