Abstract:Onesnaževanje okolja in posledično globalno segrevanje je v zadnjih desetletjih postal velik problem.

Title:Ways to reduce carbon footprint using hydrogen technologies in transport
Abstract:Environmental pollution and consequential global warming have become a major problem in recent decades. The biggest cause of these environmental issues is carbon dioxide emissions from burning fossil fuels. In the future, we will need to work hard to raise awareness and encourage the use of alternative sources - as opposed to motor fuels - to help reduce the pollution of the planet, water and air. In the field of transport, it will be necessary to rejuvenate the Slovenian vehicle fleet, and to establish an appropriate infrastructure for alternative fuel vehicles. As part of my thesis, we presented alternative sources of motor fuels and we focused in particular on hydrogen, which has recently become a hot topic as an alternative motor fuel for personal vehicles. The latest hydrogen-powered vehicles are also presented in greater detail. My research also included a survey that was conducted online. In the survey, we wanted to test the common knowledge of people and their use of alternative fuels. We also asked about people's willingness to use hydrogen as an alternative source of motor fuel if it would significantly help to reduce environmental pollution.
